Amen Candles

More recently, we've been shopping for candles because our home needed that extra boost of serotonin and scent to fill the space. With two dogs and a cat, you’d understand the need to mask scents and odors. We’ve always bought candles from Diptyque and Le Labo, but over time they just don’t work anymore. Granted, it may be because we have become nose blind to the scents, but we were ready for something new. We tend to shop at Neiman Marcus a lot because we have their credit card, and they also offer a huge range of scents and candles to choose from. The other day, when we were there, we met the founder of a candle brand named Amen Candles. According to the brand “Λ M E N is a story about how beings find light within every day in their own way. The Paris-based Maison is a first-of-its-kind sustainable high-end design candle brand handmade in Grasse, the world capital of perfumery, from natural vegetable oil wax. Established in 2020 with immediate recognition as The New Sustainable Candle Brand, Amen combines wabi-sabi and minimalist aesthetics with a new Savoir-faire Conscient.”

Their candles are truly a work of art, and my partner and I love them dearly. Our two favorite collections are the Picasso collection and the Amen Light Sculptures. The concept and artistry behind them make them special, embodying the essence of Paris and the outdoors. The scents are luxurious without being overbearing. This brand reminds me of those places where you discover niche products before they go viral. It’s the best of both worlds, where luxury meets affordability.
